Provide Install Move Add Change (IMAC) and Break/Fix activities as required Yes
Responding to and closing both incident and non-incident based case requests within SLA Yes
Where required, provide support for the Manufacturing “Shop-Floor” handhelds, laptops and
scanner devices

Performs data collection/preservation activities as they relate to migrations and/or
eDiscovery.

Upon initial deployment/installation, instruct users on the basic use of the PRODUCT and
LICENSED PROGRAMS.

Stage, Build and Image systems with CLIENT standard client image (aka encore). Yes
SmartHands Support – including but not limited to telephony, network and server support
under the direction of the CLIENT engineering team(s) or the Service Desk
